SHIPPING MEHTODS AND DELIVERY

UpNourish gladly offers free Ground shipping for every order. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. We don’t offer expedited shipping Currently.

Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery for free. Order destinated to APO or FPO will be ship via the US Postal Service.

Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Note that ground shipping times are measured in business days.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at UPS. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked at USPS.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We will use the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
  • Ground shipment time frames are in business days only and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY

·        We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to insure it is recognized as a valid address with USPS. If we are unable to validate the address and we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

·        In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, UpNourish will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price.

·        UpNourish will not be held responsible If the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

·        If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation, we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the completion of the investigation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don’t ship internationally.
